Jazz Apartments - Bogota

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic restaurant. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

We truly enjoyed this small hotel. The staff was amazingly nice, everything was really good. The food was great with a huge variety of options.

Good food, perfect hotel, absolutely perfect location close to most attractions. Very amiable staff providing excellent services. Huge, tastefully decorated rooms with multi-channel television, a microwave oven and tea/coffee making equipment. Breathtaking view over park. Location close to Bogota, Virrey Park and the 15th avenue and bars and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Les Amis Bizcocheria nearby. Very good overall experience.

The great and the meh

Excellent location near restaurants and a beautiful park! Super friendly staff with amazing service. The breakfast spread was diverse, delicious, and generous too.

The noise levels were quite intense. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The limited menu options for lunch and dinner felt somewhat disappointing after a couple of days.

Breakfast, like most of Colombia, is excellent. As also mostly in Colombia, also in this hotel the meticulous cleanliness impresses.

The spacious suite overlooked the park, and the fresh breakfast with made-to-order eggs was good. The staff treated us like family, making our stay nice.

Rooms are large and well appointed. Also well soundproofed.

Elevator calling buttons are tricky to operate. Shower heads are too restricted.

It's just a few steps from both Parque El Country and fantastic restaurant options like Central Cevicheria.

nice location, small hotel, very new, contemporary design, very big rooms

on arrival day, room was not 100% clean. on 2nd day, clearly everything was perfect. Hotel staff very friendly, just reception staff was not really able to help sometimes (internet connection). Transportation service was only being offered from the hotel itself, which was 3 times more expensive than local taxi.

Keeping always the entrance door of the hotel locked and the clarity of noises that could be heard between rooms, however it was promised this would be soon fixed. Poor breakfast offer. Fitness is outsourced (low quality), however, it is planned to open this facilities inhouse soon.
